Return Policy
Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange your purchase for any reason within 7 days of purchase. No refunds.
Items that show signs of wear or damaged in anyway will not be accepted. PearlaBella will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Shipping
Shipping costs $8.95 applied to all orders for most orders. Larger dollar value orders will need to be insured and costs will need to cover insured value.

We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we will not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Every attempt is made to ensure that the on-line catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. Products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size when viewing the web site. PearlaBella’s goal is to provide you with as much information and detail about your potential purchase. Dimensions of pearl items are purely based on the information received from our manufacturers. The diameter and length stated in the product description is taken by the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process. Freshwater pearls vary in size and color. Items sent will be either identical to photo or close to it. Since pearls are not man made we cannot guarantee any two items will be identical.
