Multi strand white Freshwater Cultured pearl necklace with 8 strands notted and gallery wrapped with larger pearls in the center with sterling silver adjustable clasp.  This necklace is labor intensive taking 8 hours of labor - each strand is notted.  Incredible buy.  Appraised for $1500 10 years ago.
